The aromatic Lavandula are a favorite in herb gardens, combination planters, bordering a garden flower bed, accenting a cut flower bouquet or dried flower arrangement. Spanish Lavender performs best in areas that receive full sun. Low maintenance. Heat tolerant.
Plant in well-drained soil. Water regularly. Keep soil surface moist but not soggy. Fertilize once or twice a week. Remove faded or dead flowers to prolong blooming all the way into fall.
