Touch Me Dark Blue has large showy blue flowers. This early blooming plant makes for a colorful addition to your winter and early spring garden. It is a long time favorite variety that has had the allergen primin bred out of it,  so it can be handled without irritating your skin.

Care

Primrose Obconica does best in part shade. It prefers moist soil that is rich in humus and organic matter and are perfect for the edges of woodland gardens. Plant so the crown is right at soil level and plant at least one foot apart. Do not allow soil to dry.
