An African Daisy, features a double flower in two tones of yellow that stays open 24/7. The bottom layer of the flower has the original daisy-like characteristic of the Osteospermum which is capped with a frilly flower on top. Unlike the traditional Osteo that closes at night or during overcast conditions, this variety remains open all day and night giving it that fourth dimension. The vibrant Osteospermum makes a beautiful statement as the center of any combination planter or bordering a garden flower bed. Performs best in full sun. Availabl in mid-April.
Plant in well-drained soil. Water regularly. Keep soil surface moist but not soggy. Fertilize once or twice a week. Remove faded or dead flowers to prolong blooming.
