Growers have been asking us for a more uniform spaghetti squash and this is it. Primavera squash is a uniform, high yielding, 2-1/2 to 3 lb. variety with a nice, canary yellow skin color at maturity. Its restricted vine allows for a more concentrated fruit set. When compared to the standard OP variety, it stood out in our trials

Care

Set out seedlings when they are about three weeks old. In Zone 6 and warmer, you can plant more winter squash in early summer, using space vacated by fall-planted garlic or early spring lettuce. Stop planting winter squash 14 weeks before your expected first fall frost.
