White to cream-yellow tomatoes that are sugary sweet and bursting with flavor! Italian Ice produces high yields of up to 1″ sized fruits that ripen from from green to white to cream-yellow. The fruits are edible once they turn white. The yellow ripened tomatoes are incredibly sweet, which makes this variety a double threat! Heavy producer that will grow and produce fruits up until the first frost. Variety should be staked well as it will grow large and vine off! This will be one of the first tomato varieties to ripen in the garden.

Keep plants well-watered during the growing season, especially during dry spells. Plants need about 1-2 inches of rain per week during the growing season. It's best to water with a drip or trickle system that delivers water at low pressure at the soil level. Water early in the day so the foliage has time to dry off before evening, to minimize disease problems. Keep the soil moist but not saturated.
If growing on stakes: As the plants grow, allow only one or two main stems to grow and pinch out any other side shoots as they form. Gently tie the one or two remaining shoots to the stake; don't pull them tightly against the stake. If growing in cages, no pruning is necessary.
