Description

A Degoede Brothers fuchsia tree starts its life almost 15 months before it's sale. Starting from an unrooted cutting, it is then meticulously hand trained to the desired height and transplanted into its final pot. Only a few experienced employees work on the trees to pinch and train the top to an even, well branched shape.
The trees are then spaced, fed and heated to become a large, well shaped tree with lots of color and, with proper care, the ability to bloom through summer and into fall. Varieties this year include:

Balcon Koenig, Blowick, Blue Eyes, Dark Eyes, Drama Girl, Eyes Combo, First Love, Jack Shahan, Lynn Ellen, Marinka, Miss California, Moonglow, Multa, Pink Marshmallow, Swingtime and Taffeta.

We no longer grow fuchsia trees

Uses

Care

Fuchsias like part shade locations, do not put in areas where they will receive afternoon sun. Mist often as they thrive with higher humidity and fertilize regularly when they are in flower. Protect from frost and bring indoors during the winter so your tree will last for years.
