Snow Drops are small bulbs that are often sold while still green. They have narrow leaves and a delicate white hanging flower. They are a pest-free plant. Rabbits and deer won't eat them and most chipmunks and mice will leave them alone. Snow Drops and their bulbs are poisonous to humans and can cause nausea and vomiting if eaten in LARGE quantities. They make great cut flowers, but are quite short.
Snow Drops should be planted in a spot that has moist but well drained soil, somewhere under a tree or shrub. Plant in the early Fall for January thru March color.
